1. Return Eligibility

Products ko purchase ke 7 din ke andar return kiya ja sakta hai. Product original condition me aur packaging ke sath hona chahiye. Use kiya hua ya damaged product return eligible nahi hai.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Return start karne ke liye apni order ID aur product details ke sath [Contact Form / Customer Support] par request bhejein. Hum aapko return instructions provide karenge.

3. Refund Process

Approved returns ke liye refund 5-7 business days me aapke original payment method par process kiya jata hai. Shipping charges generally non-refundable hote hain.

4. Exchange Policy

Agar aap product exchange karna chahte hain, to return initiate karne ke baad naya product select karein. Exchange stock availability par depend karta hai.
